I have a few reasons for Tiny MCE.

1.  It has many more classes included than ATTO (responsive table being most important in my world).

2.  The cloze editor plugin - while this really belongs in the Cloze question type, for now it is the only way pretty much to write cloze questions without writing some sort of code.

3.  Basically more options.
