Is it me, or sections/topics links in Navigation are no longer working to go directly to course sections?
They should do that, correct?
I have tested on 2.4 and 2.5 so far.
The Settings > Appearance > Navigation > navlinkcoursesections had been removed, and per MDL-34424 it should now be always turned on.
However, when I click on the section links in the Navigation block, I cannot jump to a section anymore. It simply expands its content.
I only see the jump to section behavior when the course sections are set to 'One section per page'

I am pretty sure this is a regression bug. As the functionality existed in 2.2 and 2.3, and then was removed from settings per a note that it will be enabled always.
