Regarding the WYSIWYG editor and getting it working,  on this page below

where it says "The Text editor does not appear," TinyMCE HTML editor is enabled in my Admin settings, but in my profile, there is NO option to set  the "'HTML editor" it's referring to.

I can't find that option in my profile.

Any ideas.

Click on 'show advanced' in your profile page and it's a drop-down option under 'When editing text'.

Whether the WYSIWYG editor shows is still dependant on what web browser you are viewing Moodle through, irrespective of you turning on all the settings.
