We're running 1.4.3. What was interesting was that each student got the Moodle reply basicly that they had not begun the test yet. Thought that this might be a very good clue, along with my stupidity for the decision that I chose. Would have been much 'safer' to just bumpup the attempts allowed. I'm an old analyst, I should have thought through this. Live and learn.
