Hello All,

I am having difficulties with the Turnitin Moodle direct plugin, I am using Moodle 2.5.

When teachers leave comments on papers using Grademark, they are able to see the comments, however students are not. Also, teachers are able to grade papers and view the grade on the submission list. Again, when students check their submissions, no grade is showing.

Does anyone have any ideas of what could be causing these problems?

Did the teachers enter a Post date that hasn't been reached yet?

There are three dates set when creating a Turnitin assignment: Start Date, Due Date and Post Date.

  • Start date - When students can start to submit
  • Due date - When students can submit until
  • Post date - When students can see grademarks and grades entered by their instructor
