I am trying to map out where the student's responses are stored in the moodle database. So far I believe I understand that an attempt record is created in the mdl_quiz_attempts database that shows when a student submits a quiz, but I can not locate where their answer for each question is.
Sorry if this has been explained somewhere else but I have been unable to find it through many search attempts. Thank you for your time and I hope someone can point me in the right direction.
