Hi my website was moved from HELM server to a new CPANEL server i use 1.9 version since the migration, rss feeds only work wirk utf-8 xml previously working xml stopped working (windows-1255) viewing the log i can see the following error: [01-ספט-2013 10:08:01] PHP Warning: MagpieRSS: Failed to parse RSS file. (unknown encoding at line 1, column 30) in /home/istudyco/public_html/emed/lib/magpie/rss_fetch.inc on line 248 PLEASE HELP thanks in advance
