I  use a moodle theme based on base and standard with a custom.css and I do some substitution. It works well in designer mode but not in standard mode. In standard mode, the custom.css is not loaded. (moodle 2.4.5)

 What can I check to solve the problem?

Any ideas ?

Administration -> System Administration -> Development -> Purge all caches

I 've done a trace and I can tell that the output of css_content is OK .It means my post process functions are OK.

I'm looking forward to get some other hints
