[an error occurred while processing this directive] Error

Hello All,

I Just performed a fresh install of Moddle.  I sued the latest build and everything worked great.  I used the new Add-On installer to install the Certificate Add-On.  I was required to download the .zip file and install that way.  The install was successful.  Now when I try to upload an image through the  the Certificate Menu or After I successfully add a Certificate to a course and try to click on it to view it....I get the error:

[an error occurred while processing this directive]

 

I ave full DEVELOPER DEBUG on, but there is nothing, but this message,

 

Please Help!

As an update to this issue, I have downgraded the version of the add-on I have from the newest, to the one I ad installed prior to the upgrade (2011110106).  Now everything works fine.  Weird!

I would like to have the newest version...Has anyone else seen this issue?

I have upgraded my moodle to the latest 3.0.2+, I faced this issues. I uninstalled the plugin then installed it again. It installed successfully and add it as activity in the course. When I click on it it still shows same issue , blank page with message : [an error occurred while processing this directive]

Help!
