I'm new to Moodle and having a difficult time getting any type of human support. My students are unable to see the Reply button in the assignment forum. Can anyone help me? I'm beyond frustrated!

What type of forum is it? If it is the default news forum which you are using then they won't be able to reply - that is just for announcements and students can't reply to it. The other possibility is you have your course set up to groups but the students are not in groups and so the forum won't let them reply as they are not in a group. Please see #1 and #10 in Forum FAQ

Hi there. I'm in the UK I'm sorry and so phone calls might be a bit expensive (and in a different time zone) But if you want to send me a private message with log in details to your Moodle (click on my profile) telling me where the rogue forum is I will have a look and then post back here what the problem is. It is likely to be one of the above scenarios - or another possibility is you have made the forum on the front page of your Moodle where they can't easily reply (as opposed to in a course)
