Hi, I have sub-categories set up for AS and ALevel subjects (there are about 40 sub-categories in total). Within each of these sub-categories I need to create two courses named after the following convention:
Fullname: [Level] [Abbreviated Subject] PRIVATE Tutor Area (ie, AS Eng. Lang. PRIVATE Tutor Area)
Fullname: [Level] [Abbreviated Subject] General Information (ie, AS Eng Lang General Information)
The Private area needs to be hidden and have a paragraph of text added to the introduction. The General Information area needs to be visible and have the appropriate cohort enrolled.
That's all I need to do - but obviously doing this manually will be time consuming and tedious. What's the most efficient way to create several courses like this, preferably already containing the necessary information?
Incidentally: these new courses/ tutor areas do not exist on any of our systems already, so I can't import this information from anywhere (unless I create a spreadsheet myself).
