404 error on Manage Report

404 error on Manage Report

Hi,

I just installed Configurable Report block on my Moodle 2.5. Now when I click on Manage report link it goes to http://mymoodle/blocks/configurable_reports/managereport.php

Which shows a 404 error message, while the file exists on server, could you please help me out with that, I am sure there is some issue in the code. I tried with two different Moodle installations but getting same error.

Can you please check again, I think the configurable report block is not yet compatible with Moodle 2.5

I am running it on 2.5 just fine..can you turn debugging on and post the exact error.

You might actually just try reinstalling...

Hello Emma,

Actually there is no error message even after debug mode is on, the Manage report link directly shows 404 error message. So very difficult to find the issue. The url is http://mymoodle/blocks/configurable_reports/managereport.php?courseid=2

Any idea what could be the error, or any other way to find the issue.

Ok after upgrading moodle its working fine, so the conclusion is, configurable report block is not working with version 2.5+ (Build: 20130614)

But works fine with version 2.5.1+ (Build: 20130719)
