Authentication

Very interesting idea from Stephen Downes: http://www.downes.ca/idme.htm

Something to keep an eye on for sure. We could easily add it to Moodle and possibly use it for a single-sign-on across many Moodle sites.

The only problem is the way it uses the browser identification string, but as long as our authentication falls back to normal means I don't see why we couldn't implement this.
