This seems to be a great idea. The dependencies will be a good thing to implement.I agree with most of the part. A small doubt is that what about the categories that student must select? Should we take out that thing because if we keep dependencies there is no point of leting student select the categories as it will become mandatory for students to practice one category and then only move onto new one.
Adding to this dependencies criteria , can we also keep a constraint that a student must score atleast 80% in topic-1 beofre he can attempt topic-2?
