Asignemnt grade not visible after removing a group from a grouping

We use Moodle 2.4.2 and have an asignment in our course limited for Grouping A, that includes a GroupA with a studentA.

StudentA submits an asignment, it is graded, and he can see the grade.

We remove GroupA from GroupingA and studentA can't see his grade anymore. Is that logical? Can we change it? We want to enable studentA to si his grades as long as he is a part of this course.

Interesting, After a stint with grouping, the opposite happened here.  I could see the grade but the students could not see their grades.

That is what I am saying. StudentA can't se the grade. But it should.

It is his assignemnt grade, although he can't access the assignemnt anymore, he should be able to see the grade, he got.

Either we both made the same mistake or there is a fluke in the system.  (-:
