 Hi. I want to know where moodle stores the aggregation type of every category or generaly of all the assignments.

I guess you are talking about the gradebook.

It is probably in grade_categories, or perhaps grad_items.

Category aggregation is stored in grade_categories.aggregation. The numbers in that field mean:
09 = Mean of Grades
10 = Weighted Mean of Grades
11 = Simple Weighted Mean of Grade
There may be other codes, but these are the only ones we use.

I'm not certain about assignment aggregation. There are a few fields in the grade_items table that are possibilities:

grade_items.calculationgrade_items.multfactor
grade_items.plusfactor
grade_items.aggregationcoef
