We currently have FreeTDS drivers compiled and shared on the Installing MSSQL page...

It would be great if someone using Visual Studio (2012?) could compile a new version of the FreeTDS driver so that the driver can be used with the latest VC++ redistributable that is distributed with the latest versions of Windows.
There are even instructions provided...
