Hi,
I raised MDL-38978 in responce to https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=226045 and there seems to be a difference of opinion as to it's value in needing the ability to restrict access to resources once an activity has been started - say in a 'test' situation.
Therefore can educators please view the issue, vote and comment either way on it's value / need in Moodle.
