Activity Report/ Outline report not complete if Attendance activity used

I'm using Moodle 2.2.5 and the Attendance mod_attforblock 2.4.0.  If I have the attendance activity in my course, when I go to Activity Reports/Outline Report, the report only shows the activites/resources which are before the attendance activity, none of the activities or resources below the attendance activity are shown. 

If I delete the attendance activity (or even just hide it,) then all the activities show in the outline report. 

The Activity Report/Complete Report is unaffected and behaves as intended regardless of whether the attendance activity is shown or hidden.

Should this be reported as a bug?

Hello Michael,

seems as it is bug wich was fixed in MDL_23 and MDL-24 branches. I've added this fix into MDL_22 branch but can't test result. Can you try latest code from MDL_22? And please let me know about result.
