In your Site Administration > Reports > Logs > All Activities. If the pdf is listed here, then you can look at the activity logs for it but if it is not on this list, as far as I have been able to determine, you can't retrieve usage statistics. If you find a way to retrieve usage statistics for items, URLs within the blocks, I would LOVE to hear how to do this.
