force comment with certain rating

I am using Moodle 2.3 and am wondering if we could force a comment if someone ranks a statement below a certain number.

For example: the communcation between X and Z is good. 1 2 3 4 5

If they choose a number less than 5, can I force them to write a comment in a comment box?

Sorry, you can't do that in the Questionnaire activity at the moment. Maybe in a future version.

In the meantime you could try the "Dependence item" feature of the Feedback activity.
