Roles and permissions

Hello, I need to have a user/role who will have permissions to edit only one specific section in a course. Ideally, myuser(let's say) will have access only to one section of a course. Nobody else will have the rights to edit this section. Is it possible? and in what way? Its like the locally assigned role, but on the section level. Thanks in advance for your help. Best regards
