Hello I just updated to the weekly update of moodle 2.4.1 + and my grid format broke. it simple shows a Image(topic) on separate line. any one having the same issue ? please help me out.

Dear Murtaza,
Issue with underlying core API change done in Moodle version 2012120301.02 release 2.4.1+ (Build: 20130118), please download from https://github.com/PukunuiAustralia/moodle-courseformat_grid/tree/MOODLE_24_STABLE using the 'Zip' button and rename the extracted folder to 'grid'.

P.S if anyone has this issue. after updated. Purge Cache for sure.
