Hi to everyone

I have a problem in this path Home >> Site administration >> Users >> Accounts >> Add a new user

When I go to this option shows this

Only shows the welcome User message

I revise the editadvanced.php file and dont see anything wrong.

Please help me I dont can add new users.

In th upload users options happens the same.

Also the issue happens when I go to edit a course, category information.

Help me please, I dont touch anything of the moodle core

Hi,

I think there is installation problem or if you have upgrade your moodle.

I have faced same issue when i had upgrade my moodle.

I find in the server log the next warning
