Hi, 

with my moodle 2.4.1, categories are classes. Courses are in categories

I created onecohort per category (per class)

how my students can automaticly enroll to the courses of this category ???

Because when a student profils of the cohort of the category want to access one course of this category : it is not allowed...

I'm not exactly sure what you're wanting to achieve, however I suggest you investigate using one of the following enrolment plugins: cohort sync or category enrolments.
