The 2.4 version from:

Fixes an issue when the number of sections is set to 0 and has a cosmetic change to the week / day based layouts.
The 2.3 version from:
https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversion.php?id=1953
Brings the 2.3 branch up to date with the recent fixes to the 2.4 branch incorporating the same partial implementation of CONTRIB-4018.
Full details in the Readme.txt file. I did forget to mention that the 'Open / Close' all functionality will now only show when there is more than one section - seemed silly otherwise.
