Hello,
I know Moodle doesn't support 1.9 anymore, but something has happened to the database module since the last update for two. For some reason all the modules that use the upload/download code work fine except for the database activity. I can add an entry to the database activity but the files attached will not upload. However, current database activities in the system work fine on the download part but they will not upload new entries. Whoever wants to help can few more detail at the discussion link below.
