Unable to export question bank

Unable to export question bank

I am using 2.1.5 and I want to export my question bank before I attenpt upgrading to 2.2.  The problem is that no matter what export format I choose, I get an error;

"No valid arguments supplied or incorrect server configuration"

I need to upgrade my site but I do not want to risk losing my question bank.  If there another way to export the questions?  I am very nervous about attempting the upgrade but if I cant export my question bank for backup purposes I might be stuck with 2.1.5

I am seeking any advice to help solve my problem or show me another way to backup my moodle content with exporting.  I really would like to upgrade moodle.  thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Other options are http://docs.moodle.org/21/en/Course_backup and http://docs.moodle.org/21/en/Site_backup.

You could also turn on Debugging (http://docs.moodle.org/21/en/Debugging) to see if that adds more useful informaiton to the error message.

Well, I went ahead and upgraded to 2.2.6 last night hoping that would solve my problem.  Unfortunately, I am still getting the same message.  Now I want to export my question bank and still get "No valid arguments supplied or incorrect server configuration".  I tried looking around for possible solutions but I have yet to find one.  I am thinking that because this problem still exists with 2.2 maybe that will help someone who knows more than me, identify the problem.

Did you try turning on Debugging?

Yes, I tried turning debugging on and I did not see any new information show up.  I still cant export the questions.
