Hello all,
I am using Moodle 2.2.
I have been trying to copy a Moodle instance, on the same server.
I did everything alright, until I got to the point where I should create an admin user.
I copied the existing DB, on Microsoft SQL Server Studio, by exporting all DB. Well, it copied all DB, except the login user.
I cannot create a new user on the new DB I created, because it says I do not have a permission.
Can anyone advise on this one?
