Using 2.3 and I have one course only where navigation, settings and "add a block" have vanished. I have switched to standard theme and it still did not return.
I was using Grid format and I think the problem occurred around the time I switched back to topics format. I have completed the same process with success in several other courses.
Any suggestions most welcome.
