Installing and upgrading help

Thanks for the response Martin. I just found reference to this issue in the FAQ. It actually gave me a good excuse to move to Apache (I ddn't have any mandate to use IIS, it was just there, so I thought I'd take advantage of it). Apache is working just fine, and it appears that you have a viable workaround for IIS.
