Does the necessary configuration to run IBM LMS is similar to run Moodle expecting to have the same performane?

you need to have much more powerful servers in order to deal with IBM Domino, Websphere, HTTP server, etc. I've been testing this product for a while and here's my opinion: don't use it unless you really have to! It costs too much, its administration is one, endless headache. If you need a synchronous communication (IBM LVC) combine it with moodle and forget about IBM LMS.
