Some how someone added blocks to a category, I cannot find where to delete them, I am a full administrator, I want to delete the blocks that are shown on the category

If you turn editing on for the category (via the settings block) you can click the edit icon for each block and find out the original block location.
Thanks for the reply but I tried before so I did it again, editing is on in the category but the blocks do not appear, Im so lost figuring this out
Ok so I went through my server logs and it was a manager of the catagory, I logged in as them and removed them and removed the permission from the system settings for manager to do that.
One question, Why didnt it show up for me, an administrator, for me to delete them? Shouldnt admin be able to delete any blocks from the system?
