We have a teacher who has reported an issue with a quiz from her Moodle course was originally created in 1.9 and has been upgraded to 2.2 recently. I turned on debugging to get more information on this error and assist in troubleshooting - see screen shot below.
Any ideas on how we can olve this problem ?
The error involving course module ID is completely separate from the error about match question type being missing.
The match question type is a standard part of Moodle. There is no way it should be missing. Can you verify that when you uploaded the Moodle code, all the files were copied successfully.
An error about match sub type missing is associated with MDL-26442 (it is mentioned in the comments). I think it was fixed in the latest release.
