We were using a 1.9.9 version and the data mod was working fine. We updated to 1.9.18 during summer and just noticed a bug. As the view.php and lib.php were recently updated (May the 20th) I guess the bug came with this update.
Description :
- Create a new database, with (at least) 1 text field.
- Insert a few records
- Look in list mode display, on any record, click on the glass to watch or pen to edit, everything will work fine.
- Now set order to DESC in the advanced search, save, click on the glass of the first record (no problem), click on the pen : bug you'll have a form with the last record to edit instead of the first.
The fun part is that the "id" in the url isn't the problem. Both view and edit links have the same "id" in the url but they don't lead to the same record.
We don't know if this has been fixed in 1.9.19+ or 2.3.x
As soon as we've more time to spend on that we'll try to figure out what happened, but for now just downgraded the mod to its 1.9.9 version and everything went back fine.
