Is there any way to restrict access to individual SCORM courses via an encryption key?
Moodle has a SCORM course format that shows a single SCORM package inside a Moodle course - you could use the enroment settings in the course to acheive this and put each SCORM package in an individual Moodle course using the SCORM course format.
