Hello, I hope somebody can help me.
Is it possible to insert drag and drop question types inside lessons? I cant select it in the dropdown box. Are there plugins or workarounds managing that?
I really don't understand why it works in quiz module but not in lessons.

No this is not possible. The only types of questions allowed in lessons are the ones displayed in the drop down menu: multichoice, numerical, essay, short answer, matching, true/false and it is not possible to add new ones. Lesson and quiz are completely different activities and they don't use the same code.
