I don't know of any formats that show topics on a student by student basis, but resources / activities could be sort of if you use 'Groups' / 'Cohorts' as you can restrict visibility to certain cohorts of users.

Is there maybe a way to do it not by topics, but doing diferent pathways (with their topics and activities) that you could choose for each student. For example when one student registers you select which pathway will he go, all in the same course.

Dear Arjun,
There is no 'topic' level access restriction, so you have to use 'groups' at the activity level applying to each activity. Please use the 'Groups' link above.
