How I use this module?

How I use this module?

I installed the module Certificateon my system (2.3.1+). The module appears in the list of active modules but could not find anywhere how to define it. I read much of its documentation but could not find its settings in the menus, can be I'm missing?

This module is added to a course. When editing a course it should appear in the list of activities to add.
