Hi,
I am not sure what this sentence on the upgrading documentation (http://docs.moodle.org/23/en/Upgrading) mean: "If you've defined individual blocks for new courses you have to delete 'admin' block definition and replace by 'settings' for the new block". HJow do you delete 'admin' block definition?
