Where did the "Show only topic x" go?

Hello,

I've just upgraded a Moodle 2.2.3 site to 2.3 stable and noticed the disparition on the square at top right of each topic (show all topics vs show only topic x) of either a topics format course or a weekly format course (tested with IE9, Firefox13 and Chrome). I then installed a brand new 2.3 site only to see that the problem persists.

Is this normal ? If so, it may become annoying for large courses.

It has been removed - http://docs.moodle.org/dev/Paged_course_formats#Get_rid_of_user_setting_for_course_display - in favour of a new course setting - http://docs.moodle.org/dev/Paged_course_formats#New_course_setting

Thanks you for your help. In fact, I did'nt saw this page when looking into Moodle 2.3 documentation. And the result of this setting is far prettier than the old zoom.
