I there any way to change the max grade from 100 to 10? So that you can get a 0-10 grading scale?

Hi Frank, 

Can you please clarify what you want to achieve? and Provide more descriptive info?
E.g.  Are you talking about the grade for the Assignments for example? In that case, you can set it to 10 points in Assignment Settings, and assignment will be graded as 0-10. 

Or are you talking about the gradebook? Take a look at the Categories and items to enter maximum value for a gradable item.
