This is a missing language string in the lang/en file of your theme. However, are you sure you have renamed the cloned theme everywhere as this looks as if it is still trying to find that string in the aardvark_postit theme which you say you have cloned.

Please check you have changed all the instances of aardvark_postit in the following places.
fupostit/lib.php
fupostit/renderers.php
fupostit/settings.php
fupostit/version.php
also it is important that you change the name of this file
fupostit/lang/en/theme_aardvark_postit.php
to
fupostit/lang/en/theme_fupostit.php
also, as Richard says, check that you have all the language strings inside
fupostit/lang/en/theme_fupostit.php

The only thing I didn't meddle w/ was,
fupostit/lib.php
I can't find this.
fupostit/renderers.php
I found renamning could affect sth (I can't remember) in other themes and didn't do for aardvard postit. Now I've changed all.
fupostit/settings.php
Still the same... nope, all of sudden the errors are gone.

Sorry...my fault there is no renderers in aardvark_postit. I was working on a theme that I had added the renderer page...and got confused! LOL
