Theme: Dark Blue. Sticky footer.

Hi

Is there a way to make the footer stick to the bottom of the page in the Dark Blue theme when there isn't enough content to fill the page?

I know how to do so if I were to build a site with HTML and CSS but I am afraid to go round putting new divs into the core files to do this.
