Miss Emily Swoboda is an English teacher at Communicaions Arts High School in the Northside Independent School District in San Antonio Texas, USA. Recieved the award for her "Leadership" in on-line Learning. Miss Swoboda was an early adopter of NISD's eClassRoom Moodle environment and has helped many teachers get their classes on Moodle.
