Somebody posted in a Moodle project that 'The beta version of the new assignment module is out'.
Is it true? I couldn't find the link so if someone can please post here the link?

It should be in the latest 2.3dev download on http://download.moodle.org/, however that is currently saying 'last built 18 hours ago' and the new code was only pushed to git and CVS about 6 hours ago, so perhaps you need to wait until the zips are next rebuilt, or get the code from CVS or git.
