One png image file certificate customization

One png image file certificate customization

Hello,

If someone already asks this kind of question, please take my apology.
We have one png image file that we would like to use for our certificate
and all the signature, seal, and watermark are on it.

Is there any way that I can simply replace a Moodle certification image with the one that we have for a certificate customization? Do I have to crop the watermark, signature, and seal separately in Photoshop and upload to each folder???

Also, how can I save the image as png-8???

Sami

Opps, I forgot to add my moodle version. I am currently using Moodle 2.1.4.

Hi Sami,

Unfortunately yes, the way the certificate plugin was originally written it required the images to be separated and placed in the corresponding folder.

I found this article on saving an image as png-8 (http://www.artzstudio.com/2008/07/png-alpha-transparency-no-clear-winner/). Is this what you were after?

Regards,

Mark

You can easily add a single border image with all of the custom elements you are looking for- expect to play around with the positioning on your image and it will work but the background image need to be a a jpg to the size of the other background images.
