I don't understand why, but the student name is not showing up on the certificate. Help please...have students in course(s) and certificates are being issued sans name.

That's quite an unusual error.
Is everything else on the Certificate printing OK ?
Has the Certificate been customise in any way ?
My guess would be that the field that prints the Name is either missing, or has perhaps been position wrongly, and is now outside the printable area.
A quick way to check might be to alter the Certificate type to a different standard format and see what happens.
