Trivial Pursuit Type game I can Use for Revision

Trivial Pursuit Type game I can Use for Revision

Long shot here and possibly slightly off topic.

I am trying to think of a way to liven up revision for my students.

I would like to get them to play a question and answer game, possibly based around Trivial Pursuit, for which they could generate their own questions & answers. This would allow some group-supported revison which would be a change from simple bookwork.

Does anyone know of any form of animation/program that I could use to project to play the game as a class.

Thanks

David

Hi David

Why not make them quiz question creators so they can add their own questions to a Moodle course and then from their questions you can make a quiz with randomly chosen questions? See http://docs.moodle.org/22/en/Question_creator_role

Thanks Mary - a good idea and I will have a go with it.

My problem is that, to do it in class, I need a computer room which isn't always available.

Consequently I am still looking for something I can do via a projector to make revision less tedious for all concerned

I will test this later, but I'm going to ask anyway; can this be set up so each question creator can only change their own questions? Or maybe create some sort of hierarchy so students can not change the question of others?

Anne.
