I want to add to Pauls solution:
Paul: "I had to look in that file to the last successful INSERT line of the custom language tool table "mdl_tool_customlang". That's when I found it was the line before the offending one which led me to the offending line."
Find the name of the module that caused the problem by searching for the componentid in table: "mdl_tool_customlang_components"
Replace the word that caused the problem. It can be edited later using the language customisation tool. You don't need to remove modules or blocks.
